Adam has been in insurance and capital markets for over twenty-five years, including seventeen years at AIG. Previously, he was the global head of several credit and mortgage insurance verticals at AIG. Prior to that, he was a managing director across credit, capital markets, derivatives and reinsurance. Prior to AIG, Adam held analytics and structuring roles at Citigroup, Prudential and Intex. Adam earned his MBA, beta gamma sigma, from Columbia Business School and holds a dual-major bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in economics and psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Zach has been in private equity, capital markets and banking for twenty years. Previously, he was a private equity investor at Aquiline, GIC and PIMCO focused on financial services and structured assets. At PIMCO, Zach was also the global head of capital markets for alternatives. Before that, he was a managing director in the financial institutions group at StoneCastle, a director in the structured credit group at Merrill Lynch and an analyst at Freddie Mac. Zach holds a dual-major bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in economics and finance from Washington University in St. Louis.

Chief Risk Officer & Head of Analytics

Krishnan has been in private credit, risk and analytics for more than thirteen years. Previously, he was a senior vice president and portfolio manager for the alternatives business at PIMCO, where he invested in credit and built the firm’s risk and analytics models. He started his career as a senior financial modeler at Risk Management solutions where he developed algorithms to model catastrophe risk. He holds a PhD in engineering and an MS in Mathematics and Statistics from Stanford University.

Sr. Vice President, Credit Underwriting

Phil has over ten years of financial services experience, with previous roles at Nassau Financial Group, Stabilis Capital, and The Baupost Group. He has broad private markets experience across credit, real assets, and structured investments. Phil received a BS, magna cum laude, in Finance from Boston College, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is a CFA charterholder.

Sr. Vice President, Credit Underwriting

Catherine has been in underwriting and risk management for more than nine years. Most recently, Catherine was a Vice President at JPMorgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank in credit risk management focusing on alternative asset managers and funds. Prior to that she focused on US municipalities & not-for-profits and European financial institutions. Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in finance from the University of Notre Dame. She is a CFA charterholder.

Vice President, Credit Underwriting

Liam has over five years of experience across private credit, capital markets and banking. Most recently, he was an investment professional at Whitehorse Capital, the credit affiliate of H.I.G. Capital. Before that, Liam was an investment banker at HSBC, where he focused on leveraged & acquisition finance, equity capital markets, and corporate equity derivative transactions. Liam holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, with minors in Computer Science and Spanish, from Washington University in St. Louis.

Underwriting and Portfolio Management

Tom has been in financial services for more than five years. Most recently, Tom was an Associate at Blackstone within their Hedge Fund Solutions business unit focused on portfolio performance analytics. Before that, Tom was an Experienced Associate at PwC in the Alternative Investments group working with private capital funds. Tom holds a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in accounting & financial management from Bucknell University. He is a licensed CPA and a CFA charterholder.
