Our underwriting expertise, policy structuring, and origination process enhances profitability for current markets and expands the product to new markets.

Strategy
Our mandate deploys insurance capital into private, illiquid, or otherwise underserved credit markets. The platform is flexible and is used to create bespoke risk-transfer and distribution structures for single assets and portfolios. This includes:

LimitFi targets private, illiquid or structured risk where there is often not an efficient capital markets solution:
Portfolios
Exposures collateralized by multiple assets or cash flow streams, such as lender finance, NAV and private fund finance, borrowing base facilities, or securitized products
Single-Name
Direct financings for unique assets or obligors, such as leveraged loans, asset-based lending, commercial and project finance
Risk Transfer
Granular or semi-granular loan pools housed on bank balance sheets, seeking exposure in SRT/CRT, or other synthetic securitizations referencing corporate, SME, or real assets
